This application provides a comprehensive solution for monitoring employee attendance and personnel presence using your iPad and iPhone devices. It offers real-time updates across various departments and offices, facilitating efficient oversight of breaks and work-related missions. The platform supports data export to Excel for secure record-keeping, making it suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as for professional offices, training programs, and conferences. By replacing traditional access cards with secure QR codes, organizations can implement a cost-effective and reliable electronic tracking system.

Configuration instructions are as follows:

• Create a company account by selecting an email address (which will be verified) and setting a password.
• Add up to three employees with their Name, Surname, Email, and Serial Number. The initial three employee profiles are provided free of charge; additional profiles can be purchased via in-app transactions. Use the “Send QR” feature within the app to email each employee their unique QR code, enabling them to check in.
• Name your device to identify it as a check-in station (presence verifier) within your organization. Multiple devices can be configured for different locations or multiple entries within the same premises.
• Begin using your iPad or iPhone as a presence verification and attendance management tool.
